Delivery and payment

The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components. In addition to the prices stated, we charge €5.90 per order with UPS and €6.90 per order with DHL for delivery within Germany. The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you in the shopping cart system and on the order page. From 59 € shopping cart value the shipping costs are waived (within Germany and Austria). Shipping takes place after receipt of payment within Germany and to other EU countries. Customers from Switzerland, Austria, the Netherlands and Spain can order via our local dealers. You can find them under dealer search.

Only in the case of cross-border delivery may further taxes (z.B. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (z.B. customs duties) be payable by you in individual cases, but not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the "Delivery and payment conditions" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.
