What's in the subscription box?

What you want! You can customize the contents of your subscription box. And if you want to treat your furry friend to something new, you can easily add one-off items to your box (they won't be included next time).

When does my subscription box always arrive?

Either every 2, 4 or 6 weeks - whatever suits you best. You can also adjust the next order date and, indirectly, the delivery date, for example if you are going on vacation.

How can I pause or cancel my subscription?

Quite simply online. With just a few clicks in your customer account, your subscription is paused or canceled with immediate effect. You can also send us an e-mail and we will take care of it, but please allow one week for processing. This means that your e-mail must be received at least one week before the next subscription box is due so that you really won't receive any more boxes from the desired date. (Otherwise your parcel will most likely already be on its way to you and cannot be retrieved.)

Do changes cost anything?

No. All changes to your subscription are of course free of charge.

Is there a minimum term?

No, there is no such thing. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time (s.o.). The quickest and most convenient way to do this is via your customer account in the "Subscription" section. Any settings you make here will take effect immediately. If you do not have a customer account, simply send an email to our subscription service. However, as we process these requests manually, please allow a processing time of one week in this case.

How do I pay for my subscription box?

Via your credit card or PayPal account. To do this, you enter your details once when you take out the subscription. The corresponding amount will then be debited at the interval you selected for the subscription. The invoice will then be sent with the shipment information - there is a link here that you can use to download the invoice.

How high are the shipping costs?

From an order value of €59, delivery is free of charge. Otherwise, shipping within Germany is €5.90 per order with UPS and €6.90 per order with DHL.
We also deliver the VEGDOG-Abobox abroad. In other EU countries, you will receive them free of shipping costs from €120 value of goods. If the value of goods is less than €120, the shipping costs are €9.90 per 22 kg parcel.

The shipping costs to non-EU countries are €19.90 per 22 kg parcel.

Can I also take out the subscription if I don't live in Germany?

Can I also use my discount code for subscriptions?

Discount codes are not valid for subscriptions (unless otherwise stated), you can only redeem them for individual purchases. After all, you already get discounted prices with the subscription. So if you want to take out a subscription and have a discount code, simply use it for the individual purchase first. You can then take out a regular subscription.
