Subscription cancellation

At this point, we offer you the option of canceling your subscription at any time, even without logging in. In contrast to cancellations via the subscription portal, which you can access via your customer account, we process cancellations via this form manually. Therefore a cancellation must be made at the latest 14 days before the next dispatch date. If this deadline is not met, the termination will become active on the following date.
