What are the contents of my VEGDOG-ABOBOX?

You can freely define the content. You can put as many items as you like in your VEGDOG-ABOBOX. Please note the packaging unit (PU) of the individual items. This is structured as offered on the individual product pages, i.e.:

1 PU 400g tins = 6 tins

1 PU 800g tins = 6 tins

1 PU ALL-IN VELUXE = 1 can

1 PU dry food = 1 bag

Is there a minimum term?

There is no minimum term. You can of course cancel or pause your subscription at any time. Please note that you can only cancel a subscription that includes the next VEGDOG-ABOBOX up to one week before the scheduled delivery of the next VEGDOG-ABOBOX. Otherwise, the box will most likely already be on its way to you and cannot be returned. A cancellation received less than one week before the next upcoming VEGDOG-ABOBOX will then become valid immediately after this upcoming and delivered VEGDOG-ABOBOX.

Can I pause my subscription?

You can of course pause your subscription while on vacation or for as long as you wish. Here, too, the announcement of the break must be received up to one week before the next upcoming VEGDOG-ABOBOX, so that you will no longer receive an VEGDOG-ABOBOX from that point on. Otherwise, your VEGDOG-ABOBOX will most likely already be on its way to you and cannot be retrieved. A pause announcement that is received less than one week before the next VEGDOG-ABOBOX is due will be initiated immediately after this upcoming VEGDOG-ABOBOX.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time. The following also applies here: if you want to cancel your subscription to include the next VEGDOG-ABOBOX, you can only do so up to one week before the scheduled delivery of the next VEGDOG-ABOBOX. Otherwise, your VEGDOG-ABOBOX will most likely already be on its way to you and will be difficult to retrieve. Cancellations received less than one week before the next VEGDOG-ABOBOX is due will then become valid immediately after this upcoming and delivered VEGDOG-ABOBOX without you having to submit the cancellation again.

How often will I receive my subscription box?
You can choose between 4 and 6 weeks for the delivery intervals of your individual VEGDOG-ABOBOX
How do I pay for my subscription box?
The VEGDOG-ABOBOX is simply debited from your PayPal account. To do this, you enter your PayPal details once when you take out the subscription. The corresponding invoice amount will then be debited from your account via PayPal at the interval selected for the subscription.
How much are the shipping costs?

The VEGDOG-ABOBOX is free of shipping costs for orders over €59. If the value of goods is less than €59, the shipping costs are the same as the regular shipping costs, d.hfor delivery within Germany 5.90 Euro per order with UPS, 6.90 Euro per order with DHL per 22 kg parcel.

We also deliver the VEGDOG-ABOBOX abroad. In other EU countries, you will receive it free of shipping costs from EUR 120 value of goods. Below a value of EUR 120, the shipping costs are EUR 9.90 per 22 kg parcel.

The shipping costs to non-EU countries are EUR 19.90 per 22 kg parcel.

Can I also take out the subscription if I do not live in Germany?

We also deliver the VEGDOG-ABOBOX abroad. In other EU countries, you will receive it free of shipping costs from EUR 120 value of goods. Below a value of EUR 120, the shipping costs are EUR 9.90 per 22 kg parcel.

The shipping costs to non-EU countries are EUR 19.90 per 22 kg parcel.
