Whatever you want! You can customize the contents of your subscription box. And if you want to treat your furry friend to something new, you can easily add items to your box once (they won't be included next time).
Either every 2, 4, or 6 weeks – whatever works best for you. You can also adjust the next order date and, indirectly, the delivery date, for example, if you're going on vacation.
It's easy online. With just a few clicks in your customer account, your subscription is paused or canceled immediately. You can also send us an email, and we'll take care of it. Please allow one week for processing. This means your email must arrive at least one week before the next subscription box is due to be delivered, so you won't receive any more boxes after the requested date. (Otherwise, your package is most likely already on its way to you and cannot be retrieved.)
No. Any changes to your subscription are, of course, free of charge.
No, there isn't. You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time (s.o.). The quickest and most convenient way to do this is through your customer account in the "Subscription" section. Settings you make here take effect immediately. If you don't have a customer account, simply send an email to our subscription service. However, since we process these entries manually, please allow one week for processing.
Via your credit card or PayPal account. To do so, you enter your details once when you sign up for the subscription. The corresponding amount will then be debited at the intervals you selected for your subscription. The invoice will then be sent with the shipment information – a link is provided here where you can download the invoice.
Shipping is free for orders over €59. Otherwise, shipping within Germany is €5.90 per order with UPS and €6.90 per order with DHL.
We deliver the VEGDOG subscription box also abroad. Within the EU, shipping is free for orders over €120. For orders under €120, shipping costs are €9.90 per 22 kg package.
Shipping costs to non-EU countries are EUR 19.90 per 22 kg package.

Discount codes are not valid for subscriptions (unless otherwise stated); you can only redeem them for individual purchases. After all, you already get discounted prices through the subscription. So if you want to take out a subscription and have a discount code, simply use it for the individual purchase first. Then, complete the subscription as usual.
